Return & Exchange Policy

 

At VariaHair, we want you to love your hair. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

 1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 30 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

 2. Eligible Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, human hair wigs are eligible for return ONLY if they meet ALL conditions below:

✔ Hair has NOT been worn
✔ Hair has NOT been washed, dyed, bleached, curled, straightened, or styled
✔ No product (spray, gel, glue, makeup, etc.) has been applied
✔ Original ties, packaging, tags, and gift items are intact
✔ Hair must remain in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or alteration.

 3. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

Hair has been installed or worn

Hair has been chemically processed or styled

Custom orders (length, density, color, cap size, special requests): shipping fee on buyer +30% of payment as compensation is required for returing custom orders.

Clearance / final sale items

Order refused by customer after shipment

4. Exchange Policy

Need a different length, texture, or style?

You may request an exchange within 7 days, provided the wig is in original unused condition.

Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping cost

Reshipping fee for the new item

 5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

We shipped the wrong item

Item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the item

Photos of packaging

Order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

✔ Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
✔ Processing time: 3–7 business days
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable

✔Returning from USA? Recommend to return via USPS,  Average returning shipping fee  is $12 to our USA address.

Reason for return

Clear photos of the hair

Do NOT send items back without approval.

9. Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@variahair.com.
